We gave new life to this house in 2024, with a full renovation, small remodel, and restored hardwood floors. Leased to five-star tenants who couldn't wait to move in. 

After a roof to basement renovation in 2019, and a short stint hosting mid-term stays, it's now leased to five-star tenants who plan to stay indefinitely.

We're taking a three story house down to it's beautiful bones. Believe me, it needs a fresh start! In it's new life, each floor will be 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
