After a big renovation, small remodel, and restored hardwood floors in 2024, it's leased to five-star tenants who couldn't wait to move in. 

After a top to bottom renovation in 2019, and a short stint as a mid-term rental, it's now leased to five-star tenants who plan to stay indefinitely.
